Targ-IT Resourcing is a Pan European Recruitment company in the United Kingdom. Our consultants provide a personalised recruitment service to our clients across Europe. Depending on the situation we can source candidates local to our clients but also further afield both nationally and internationally.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?

We believe our key differentiator is having Consultants that take a personal interest in technology and networking. Unfortunately theres a lot of recruitment companies so focused on the financials of our business they lose touch with the key aspect of recruitment which is relationships. We give our team the time and backing to learn about culture, people skills and recruitment best practice to ensure that all our clients and candidates are treated with the highest quality of service.

HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR CANDIDATES?

We find our candidates from a variety of sources, from using the latest techniques on social media to advertising and headhunting from the right places. However our biggest source of good candidates is from market referrals we receive from our trusted network. We also host events allowing the market to interact with us on a regular basis.

HOW DOES YOUR FREELANCE SOLUTIONS WORK?

At Targ-IT Resourcing we provide flexible workforce that is tailored to your current situation. We can assign consultants to your project for a variation of time with typical contract lengths running over 6 months. We will source the candidate, ensure his taxation situation is legal with the country of work and payroll him. We keep paperwork and management to a minimum with only a timesheet signature approval needed each month, its an easy and risk free way to complete projects.
